Territory Sales Executive
Field Base role covering South Wales
£30,000k + commission
Office base once a week Rumney, Cardiff
Company vehicle, fuel card, phone & laptop
Monday – Friday
7:30am-5:00pm
Permanent role

Our client is looking a for a strongly motivated and driven sales executive to generate new business through face-to-face meetings, site visits and cold calls.

This role is to target and acquire new customers within the waste management sector and is an integral part of business development moving forward.

The role will involve travelling throughout South Wales and weekly site visits to our HQ in Cardiff.

Essential:
•Previous field sales experience
•Ability to demonstrate sales experience.
•IT Literate – Working Knowledge of MS Office Packages
•Strong knowledge of CRM Systems
•Negotiation skills
•Driving Licence

Desirable
•Previous waste and recycling sector experience

Role & Responsibilities:
•Consistently build a sustainable pipeline of both run rate and sales opportunities working with the Business Development Director to produce bids, quotes, tenders, and proposals for small medium and large customers
•Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
•Developing prospect lists to enable you to effectively make new customer appointments to promote and sell business.
•Use product knowledge to showcase the range of solutions that can be offered and up sell and cross soled when the opportunity arises.
•Create activities, opportunities and quotes using CRM whilst effectively utilising CRM as a sale’s tool.
•Daily updating of CRM to maintain accurate opportunity forecast, details of daily activity and pipeline management
•Address customer concerns and questions and overcome potential roadblocks in the sales cycle
