Full time, 40hr per week – 7am-4.30pm (1hr for lunch)

The role:
To run the Operations Department of the company effectively and efficiently on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for warehousing and distribution, customer service, health & safety, Lean & continuous improvement and facilities.

Compliance Expectation:
• To maintain efficient warehouse / distribution procedures.
• To respond promptly, efficiently and politely to any customer-service requirements.
• To ensure that all health & safety standards are met on a day-to-day basis and that all records
are kept up-to-date.
• To offer innovative ideas regarding continuous improvement and growth which may concern
any aspect of the company.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• All orders are picked accurately and dispatched correctly
• All orders received before 12pm are dispatched same day (if stock items).
• Health & Safety standards and records maintained daily and the warehouse/offices kept clean
and tidy.
• Hold lean meeting and make improvements every day.
• Ensure ISO9001 & ISO14001 certification is adhered to and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pick and dispatch orders/samples from stock.
• Arrange transport and delivery of all orders. Book online or by email transport company where
required.
• Check off deliveries of incoming stock and put away in relevant warehouse location (Rotating
stock)
• Load and unload transport lorries collecting/making deliveries
• Carry out physical rolling stock take.
• Book post online and take to post office
• Product installations at customers and exhibition set up
• Follow up deliveries and arrange PODs when required (contact transport companies)
• Respond to any questions that the customers may regarding their orders or our products
• Process sales orders & invoice on Sage
• Maintain Health & Safety records and ensure that safe procedures and practices are carried out
in the workplace at all times
• Maintain ISO 9001 & 14001 certification
• Ensure warehouse, offices, toilets, canteen, yard areas are kept clean and tidy.
