Our client are a prominent charity based within Cardiff. They currently have a need for an HR Advisor, with an immediate start. The contract will initially be offered on a temporary basis, but there may be an opportunity to go permanent in the future.

The ideal candidate would be someone who can hit the ground running, and has experience within an organisation with approximately 300+ staff or more.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing an Absence case load
• Managing an Employee Relations case load (Disciplinary, Grievances)
• Managing small-scale restructures
• Supporting me with achieving the Corporate Health Standard

Where applicable, we must also keep your payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.
As an individual, you have several rights in respect to the processing of your personal data, all of which can be reviewed on our website.
