KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Accurate data entry on bespoke systems and Microsoft office systems
- Updating and actioning new and existing claims
- Producing and monitoring claims statistics and identifying of claims patterns and/or fraud concerns, and monitoring of high claims estimates
- Dealing with daily post and diary
- Providing accurate information on claims to brokers and internal staff
- Handling of telephone calls and queries
- Compliance with FCA regulation and the Company’s Training & Competence Plan

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

- Minimum of 8 GCSE's or equivalent at Grade A-C including English/Maths
- Excellent Keyboard skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programmes
- Must be able to communicate well and work well with others
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload in line with changing priorities
- A flexible, adaptable and pro-active approach is required
- Must have meticulous attention to detail
- Previous experience within the motor insurance industry will be an advantage but is not essential for the role

Where applicable, we must also keep payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.
As an individual, you have several rights in respect to the processing of your personal data, all of which can be reviewed on our website.
