Legal Secretary
Talbot Green
FTC 9 – 12 months
£15,500 - £17,000 DOE
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Would you like to join a long established and modern, forward thinking Law Firm?
Our client is looking for a number of Legal Secretaries to join their busy Conveyancing Teams based in Bridgend. Experience as a legal secretary is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Audio typing via the digital dictation system.
• Carrying out general administration work such as photocopying, filing and sorting post as required.
• Answering internal calls as well as client calls, and taking messages

Skills and Experience Required:

• Excellent communication abilities
• Able to work well under pressure
• Ability to work well in a team
• Conveyancing experience is helpful but not essential

Where applicable, we must also keep payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.
As an individual, you have several rights in respect to the processing of your personal data, all of which can be reviewed on our website.
