Insurance Administrator
Salary circa £16k per Annum
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Our Client Schemes is a leading provider of scheme based Insurance products across the UK, specialising in Hire Car and Commercial Motor Insurance. We have opportunities for INSURANCE ADMINISRATORS to join our busy Administration team.

• Accurate data entry on bespoke systems and Microsoft office systems
• Updating records
• Issuing of documentation
• Dealing with daily post and diary
• Processing Amendments to policies
• Broker contact
• Handling of telephone calls and queries
• General administration support to all departments within the Company

• Minimum of 8 GCSE's or equivalent at Grade A-C including English/Maths
• Excellent Keyboard skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programmes
• Must be able to communicate well and work well with others
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload in line with changing priorities
• A flexible, adaptable and pro-active approach is required
• Must have meticulous attention to detail

Previous experience within the motor insurance industry will be an advantage but is not essential for the role, we welcome applications from all suitably qualified people regardless of gender, race, disability, age or sexual orientation.
