Warehouse Supervisor
45 hours per week

Ideally a Forklift Licence would be needed.

We are looking for an energetic, proactive and forward thinking warehouse supervisor with at least 2 years operations experience. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be an important member of the operations team responsible for efficiently running the warehouse and the distribution of our products in view of providing an excellent experience to our customers.

You will be required to pick & dispatch orders, receive and check incoming stock, arrange transport for all orders, carry out stock takes, keep meticulous records and use lean thinking to make continuous improvements to the business and the warehouse.


You will be a team-player and a self-starter with high attention to detail. You will be flexible and have strong organisational skills especially in regards to meeting deadlines and completing tasks. You will be resilient with a positive “Can Do” attitude to your job and your life.

You will have excellent communication skills and IT capabilities, in particular Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. You will be willing to continuously improve your work and the processes you follow as part of the company’s Lean drive.

You will be highly conscious of the important of safety in the workplace and take time to fix or report anything unsafe.

This role requires a person who is confident in their capabilities, is prepared to contribute 100% effort to achieve the company targets and is looking to grow their career with a dynamic company.
