Our client is looking for a candidate who can provide high quality administrative assistance to the MD and and support of the wider business. They will also need to act on behalf of the MD in her absence within agreed parameters.

DUTIES
1. DATA & DIARY MANAGEMENT

•Assist the MD and consultants in the management of client and candidate information, to include data entry, maintaining high levels of confidentiality and sensitivity at all times.
•Manage the MD’s diary and appointments, ensuring effective use of time.
•Arrange appointments for client meetings, candidate meetings, candidate interviews, referencing calls and business development meetings.

2. RESEARCH & REPORTING

•Undertake research activities to assist the MD in preparing for prospective and live client meetings.
•Prepare and/or draft correspondence for the MD, as required.
•Assist the MD in the recording and analysis of data, and prepare high quality, accurate reports for review and action.

3. POLICIES & PROCEDURES

•Support the MD in updating business policies and procedures.
•Support the MD in the updating the business’ Employee Handbook.

4. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

•Undertake a range of administrative tasks to include invoicing and general accounts administration, photocopying, filing, and travel arrangements.
•Undertake projects on an occasional basis, such as events co-ordination and the administration of recruitment assessment centres.
•Manage enquiries received via multiple sources, to include email, telephone and social media (twitter & LinkedIn).
•Support the MD with the management of third-party relationships (suppliers/sub-contractors).

5. PR, MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

•Assist in the management of the company Twitter & LinkedIn accounts.

6. OTHER DUTIES

•The post holder should be prepared from time to time to attend meetings at different locations to the office.

EXPERIENCE

• Excellent written and communication skills
• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft) with experience of managing data software
• Confident, articulate and highly professional manner
• Self-sufficient, commercially minded and results oriented
