Receptionist / Administrator
Full-Time, Permanent
9:00am to 5:30pm (Mon to Thurs) 9:00am to 4:30pm (Fri)

Our client are an established company, based within the Construction sector. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join their busy offices, on a full-time, permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reception
• First pick up for incoming telephone calls using Avaya Telephone System with 6 incoming lines and 34 extensions.
• Open incoming post and date stamp.
• Distribute post once sorted by Director.
• Enter outgoing post in Post Book on server.
• Enter outgoing cheques in Post Book.
• Frank outgoing mail and place in red bag for collection at approximately 4.30 each day.
• Meet and Greet Visitors.
• Make tea and coffee for visitors when required.
• Receive deliveries.

General Duties
• Assisting Accounts Department (matching invoices and delivery notes).
• Collating Health and Safety Folders.

Where applicable, we must also keep payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.
As an individual, you have several rights in respect to the processing of your personal data, all of which can be reviewed on our website. This includes the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Recruitment Consultant with whom you initiated contact, or any other employee at St David Recruitment Services.
