A personal and commercial insurance brokers, our client is looking for an experienced
motor insurance candidate to provide a first class service and support to Personal Lines clients. The
role will also ensure conversion of new business, service of existing accounts and retention of
renewals to achieve company income targets in accordance with company procedures and regulatory
requirements. Experience in home, travel and/or breakdown insurance would be advantageous but
motor insurance experience is essential. Experience of OPEN GI is desirable.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Service of existing accounts with retention of renewals to achieve company income targets in accordance with Company procedures and regulatory requirements. Issued levels of personal authority and responsibility recorded in this job file will apply.
• Deliver personal and team sales targets
• Identify and convert sales and cross sales opportunities
• Provide quotations and ensure conversion of new business and create system records
• Provide professional and accurate customer service
• Ensure that all system records are up to date and accurate following all client contact. Check all insurance documentation is correct
• Manage the departmental diary system
• Resolve queries and issues raised with all customers
• Capture data accurately

Where applicable, we must also keep payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.
