The Role:
As a Client Account Clerk within our client’s highly successful Cardiff Service Centre, it`s a case of the bigger picture - and not just the figures. They operate in excess of 600 bank accounts on behalf of their global clients for settling their insurance claims, so you`ll need to be a hands-on team player who can crunch the numbers, but also capable of providing help and support so that the bank accounts, administered under the agreement with their clients, are maintained, operated and reconciled as appropriate with financial procedures.

The role will primarily be responsibility for the Finance administration of client accounts and liaising with claims operations. Assistance will also be required in other aspects of the team
You will have/will be:
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Financial and numeric skills, high level of accuracy is essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• A very high level of Customer service awareness
• Good organisational Skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
