Temporary/Full Time

Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. The right candidate will have a wealth of admin experience, excellent attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Booking venue hire etc. for events/workshops, ensuring feedback is collected
• Support event coordination
• Initial and follow up correspondence for events
• Raising PO numbers (including preparing referral/completion forms for clients/consultants)
• Basic data entry
• Booking meetings venues and refreshments
• Preparing information packs etc for events
• Preparing and sending mail outs
• Formatting presentations, letters, documents etc
• Note/minute taking
• Updating and maintaining the CRM, making sure we are collecting the necessary data to review our performance
• Ensuring client paperwork is collected and filed, making sure each client has filled in an application, data from their share offer is collected etc.
• Supporting with monitoring and evaluation, collecting data via survey monkey, assisting the team with reporting on project performance such as collecting stats
• Raising purchase orders, ensuring invoices are passed to the finance department
• Experience in Recruitment admin would be ideal.

Where applicable, we must also keep payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.
