Their unique product leverages new banking laws being implemented across Europe in 2020, allowing new payment platforms to compete with the larger payment giants. Their vision is to connect merchants and consumers online, creating a new payment infrastructure that will compete with the likes of Visa and MasterCard.

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from the date of their creation or after the date on which we last provide work-finding services. Where applicable, we must also keep payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.

•Reporting directly to the CEO you’ll focus on outbound marketing to promote the product and brand to hospitality venues, corporate accounts and investors.
•You will assist in the preparation of a Marketing Plan and lead it’s execution, working closely with the Business Development Manager, Graphic Designer and team.
•You will ensure the marketing efforts serve to achieve business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
•You will contribute to existing marketing programs while assisting with the development and execution of new initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
•You will undertake a wide range of marketing functions including communications, content, face to face promotion, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media.
•You will prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success and provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.

•Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of the product so that you are able to market and promote the brand, company, and product to prospective and existing customers through digital, social and traditional channels.
•Contribute to the definition and ownership of the marketing strategy, including the value proposition, target audience, and competitive landscape.
•Undertake research and analysis to understand our customers and their needs, defining market segments and designing suitable campaigns within our chosen markets.
•Develop positioning and messaging for key products & features, owning the marketing plan, driving demand, adoption, and satisfaction with the products.
•Collaborate closely with the team to define and build effective launch strategies and plans, ensuring that the understanding of customer needs, messaging and tone of voice is consistent across all channels.
•Create compelling creative assets and communications to promote the product to customers.
•Support the creation, maintenance, and development of internal tools including an assets database, tracking capability, contact directory, and market/competitor/ consumer analysis.
•Develop further knowledge and education through workshops, research, and seminars and share best practices marketing ideas and tactics with the team.
•Undertake other reasonable tasks to support the smooth running of our business.

Person Specification:
•You will love hospitality, technology, and mobile applications and be passionate about using this product to transform the hospitality experience for venue owners and their customers.
•You will hold a marketing related degree, have previous marketing experience (permanent or internship) and ideally will have experience in the hospitality industry.
•You will be creative and determined, thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with the resilience to perform well under pressure against ambitious deadlines.
•You’ll be an organised multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
•You’ll have a good level of skill using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or equivalent) to plan, manage and report on your work.

In return, you’ll be working closely with the CEO, Director of Operations and senior team. You’ll be given the support you need, but will have the freedom and responsibility to shape your future direction and success. Interview Process:

•Selected candidates will be invited to an initial interview in branch or offered a Telephone / Skype interview to discuss the opportunity at length.
