Our client are looking for two Sales Advisers to join their developing and growing sales team. This role would be ideally suited to an individual with excellent customer service skills who is looking to develop their career within sales, or to someone who already has sales experience. Our client provides an analytics platform to help schools analyse their school performance data and has 13,000 school, academy trust and local authority customers in England and Wales.

They have recently launched a new Aspire Pupil Tracking tool for primary schools across England and this is an exciting time to work with our client who are the UK’s leading provider of education data analysis.

You will be responsible for working with existing primary school customers to promote our client’s Aspire Pupil Tracking, create customer advocates, encourage adoption and to make Aspire Pupil Tracking available to those schools who have not yet subscribed.

This role will be based in Cowbridge with the opportunity to earn up to £26k OTE (basic £16-18k plus commission). There are many company benefits available including a generous pension, private healthcare, employee training opportunities, plus much more.

The role
Reporting to the School Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of Aspire Pupil Tracking to existing customers.

The main responsibilities for this post are:-

• Selling Aspire Pupil Tracking to existing school customers
• Providing online demonstrations of Aspire Pupil Tracking producing
quotes and contracts
• Supporting primary schools through any free-trial period before a
subscription is confirmed
• Processing orders for new customers
• Selling other products (e.g. training courses, multi-year subscriptions etc.)
• Work cross-departmentally and collaborate to promote a seamless
transition for schools between teams
• Work effectively with the Customer Success Team Leaders on a daily basis
• Work with the School Sales Manager to ensure that work meets team,
personal, and overall company objectives

Skills, knowledge and experience

Desirable:
• Knowledge of the English and/or Welsh education system
• Experience of working with, or providing support for English and/or
Welsh schools
• Experience of using customer relationship management (CRM systems)
