Our client is looking for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join a well-established and dedicated team whilst maintaining autonomy.

Main duties:
•Providing exceptional and proactive support to the relevant Fee Earner and excellent service to clients
•General administrative tasks
•Working on a varied Family caseload
•Attending clients, taking instructions and preparing cases
•Dealing with correspondence
•Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the Fee Earners' matters to enable a proactive support service
•Attending court with counsel and clients in cases which involve social services

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from the date of their creation or after the date on which we last provide work-finding services. Where applicable, we must also keep payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.
As an individual, you have several rights with respect to the processing of your personal data, all of which can be reviewed on our website.
