Our client, a leading provider of vehicle finance, are currently recruiting for an Administrators to help out in their Complaints team.
The right candidate would need Administration experience and have an excellent telephone manner. You will need to have excellent attention to details.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Routine admin tasks including: manually checking on the database if customers have paid their Net Monthly (finance) Instalment, establishing reason for missed payment, re-entering NMI into BACS queue to be taken again, if an invalid reason for missed payment has been made.
• Performing data entry tasks using company specific software, requiring a high standard of attention to detail.
• Assisting to manage the customer contact email inbox – ensuring customers are responded to in a timely manner.
• Answering calls when needed.
