St David Recruitment Services is an independent recruitment agency set up to offer a personalised yet professional service to all our customers. We are an exciting recruitment company with a difference.

Established in February 2002, the team have between them 60 years experience in recruitment in South Wales. We have long standing relationships with our clients and are often the first port of call for candidates who know we will treat them with respect and conduct a professional career search for them. On average we supply temporary candidates to approximately 50 different clients every week. These clients range from public to private sector, including housing associations, charitable organisations, legal, financial companies and SMEs.

We always aim to provide high calibre candidates with the relevant skills required, whilst supplying people who will complement the existing staff and culture of the company.

At St David Recruitment Services, we appreciate that everybody is different and treat our candidates and clients as individuals. We have a reputation of providing quality candidates and developing close ties with our clients so that we can truly understand and meet their business requirements when supporting them through the recruitment process.
