Sally has a wealth of knowledge within the recruitment industry, having commenced her career in 1991 with a national consultancy. In 1995, Sally was head hunted by a competitor agency to set up their temporary recruitment desk, winning numerous awards for her contribution to the company throughout her 8 years with them. Boasting a wealth of enthusiasm and knowledge within this sector, Sally joined forces with Liz Lewis, to establish St David Recruitment Services in 2002. Sally continues to establish and nurture excellent business relationships with a vast array of valued clients and candidates alike, providing the personalised and professional service upon which St David Recruitment Services is founded.

Liz has an impressive resume which testifies to her business development and entrepreneurial ability. Having commenced her career within the highly competitive field of media sales, Liz entered the Recruitment industry in 1998. With a natural flair for commercial sales and account management, Liz developed a successful career alongside Sally whilst they were employed by the same national recruitment consultancy. Together, they have forged a successful partnership which still see’s them both taking a hands on role in the development of St David Recruitment Services.

Having been employed within St David Recruitment Services since 2005, Lisa has experienced several areas of the business and is the longest serving member of the team. Initially employed as the Branch Administrator, Lisa is well regarded with clients and candidates alike, having consistently provided a warm, friendly and professional service to all. Lisa is now chiefly responsible for the recruitment of temporary and interim candidates, ensuring that clients receive workers who are able to deliver professional support services within their business. Lisa continues to grow a continual source of temporary personnel who are often required with minimal notice, for short periods of time or for ongoing contracts, where confidence, reliability and flexibility are key.

Sarah Learney

Sarah specialises in recruiting candidates for permanent and fixed term contracts across all market sectors in South Wales. Having joined St David Recruitment Services in 2012, Sarah has developed relationships with new and existing clients, taking the time to understand each business before sourcing candidates who complement their existing culture. Sarah has a reputation for placing experienced personnel into particularly niche roles, whilst also working with candidates to achieve their career ambitions. A tenacious and highly organised Consultant, Sarah enjoys a challenge and is committed to delivering the level of service upon which our reputation is founded.

Julie has been working with St David Recruitment Services since July 2004, when she commenced as a Graduate with a degree in German. Julie has an established and enviable reputation within the market; a natural people person who maintains strong associations with everyone whom she comes into contact. As the longest serving member of the team, Julie enjoys a great deal of success in the placement of candidates into permanent roles. She has developed strong business relationships with our loyal and established client base, and continues to play a fundamental role in the success of St David Recruitment Services.

Amy joined St David Recruitment in 2014 and impressed us so much as a Branch Administrator, she was quickly promoted and trained internally to become a successful Recruitment Consultant. Amy provides a comprehensive Account Management service to clients, especially those who have volume requirements. She enjoys meeting with new candidates and takes pride in maintaining relationships with internal and external customers. Amy is also chiefly responsible for co-ordinating all business networking and social events within the business.

Katie Jones

Katie commenced with St David Recruitment Services in 2006, and developed the temporary division of the business with a huge degree of success. For the majority of her recruitment career, Katie has been responsible for sourcing and managing high volumes of temporary workers, all undertaking a variety of assignments amidst a diverse selection of clients. Katie has now transferred her vast experience to working within the permanent division of St David Recruitment Services. Her knowledge of the Recruitment market in South Wales is unrivalled, and she is already enjoying the change in focus. s knowledge of the industry and commitment to keeping informed of all legislative changes, also ensures the business remains compliant in respect to all aspects of HR.

Chelsea Francis

Chelsea commenced with St David Recruitment in 2017, initially as a Branch Administrator and quickly progressing to Recruitment Assistant within the Temporary division. Chelsea made her mark providing an invaluable support function within the business, overseeing all aspects of administration in respect to the supply of temporary personnel. Her success as a Recruitment Assistant quickly led to a second promotion, earning herself the position of Recruitment Consultant within the Permanent division of the business. Originally from South Africa, Chelsea moved to Cardiff with her family to commence and progress her career. A warm, affable and engaging young lady, many of our clients and candidates alike will have the pleasure of speaking with Chelsea when they call the office. The newest member of our team, Chelsea already proves an asset to the business.

Joanne has returned to St David Recruitment Services after a year of experiencing what other businesses had to offer. Fortunately for us, she followed her heart and returned to us at the end of 2018. Having initially spent 4 years working within our Bridgend Office, Joanne now plays a pivotal role within the Permanent Division of our Cardiff team. Joanne specialises in new business development and account management, a true 360 Recruitment Consultant who enjoys building relationships with clients and candidates alike. Welcome home Joanne!

Millie Hall

Millie re-joined the Cardiff office in 2018 where she provides a fundamental business support function to the Temporary division of the business. Having initially spent 18 months employed within our Bridgend Office as a Branch Administrator, Millie brings a wealth of experience, energy and enthusiasm to the team in Cardiff. Millie’s strengths are her organisational skills, her ability to build an instant rapport with our candidates and ensuring that all temporary workers are provided with the care and attention they deserve. Millie’s warm personality and infectious laugh combine wither her professionalism to make her a lively and valued member of the team.
