Showroom Host/Receptionist

Temporary role for 5 days overall

Our client is looking for a Showroom Host / Receptionist to cover for their showroom on a temporary/adhoc basis in Swansea.

The appropriate candidate must be available for all of the following dates:
• Thursday 23rd May 8:00am-6:00pm
• Friday 24th May 8:00am-6:00pm
• Saturday 25th May 8:30am-5:00pm
• Tuesday 28th May 8:00am-6:00pm
• Wednesday 29th May 8:00am-6:00pm

Essential:
• Previous administration experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent IT and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Good time management skills
• Previous car showroom experience is desirable

Responsibilities:
• Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with queries and pass them on to the relevant department
• Provide refreshments for customers and ensure the visiting area is neat and tidy
• Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Assist with general administrative tasks
