Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner – Solicitor

Working within a busy, client-focused team, you will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload while delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the transaction process.

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner, you will manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care while supporting the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other residential transactions.
• Deliver an excellent client experience throughout the conveyancing process.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, brokers, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression of files.
• Support client onboarding and ensure compliance procedures are completed.
• Contribute to departmental performance and business growth.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, or Fee Earner with residential property experience.
• Newly Qualified Solicitors are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client care skills.
• Commercially aware with a proactive and professional approach.
• Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
