Assistant Night Manager Newport Salary - £26,208 Permanent role Full time – 40 hours per week

Essential Skills and Experience •Previous Assistant Reception/Night Management experience •1 year Assistant Management experience as Assistant Reception/Night Manager / Managing teams of 5+ •Computer literate •Used to working in a busy operation •Excellent communication skills, both Oral & Written •Excellent interpersonal and social skills •Leadership skills •Problem Solver
Responsibilities • Report directly to the Front of House Manager all issues affecting the night shift. •Assist the Night Manager with all aspects of the night audit procedure and in the absence of the Night Manager complete the Night Audit. •Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. •In the absence of the Night Manager, control and co-ordinate the Fire Team in the event of an alarm activation and/or an evacuation. •Health and safety requirements. •Support the Night Manager with the systematic training of team members. •Responsible for ensuring all equipment, tools and supplies are available and maintain relationships with the suppliers of the equipment, tools and supplies.
