•Experience large venue Bar Manager
•4* Experience and hospitality background
•3 years experience in similar role
•Experience of managing a team of 20+
•Friendly, professional and welcoming manner
•Experience in training and developing staff
•Excellent Beverage knowledge
•A passion for all things hospitality!

Responsibilities
•Ensuring the smooth running of the Bar
•Great product knowledge
•Good stock controlling
•Friendly and Professional service
•Liquor control and usage
•Transfers and Requisitions
•Rota scheduling and revenue forecasting
•Administration - attendance, sickness, etc
