25 days annual leave per annum (plus BHs)

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team. The primary objective of the role is to ensure that all receipts received are allocated timely and accurately, working to deadlines set.

Main duties:
Ensuring daily cheques are allocated accurately and on time to the sales ledger
Ensuring Cash Collectors Sheets are processed and allocated accurately and in a timely manner
Ensuring Daily BACS payments are allocated timely and accurately (Bank Statements)
Processing Credit Card payments ensuring payments are allocated timely and accurately (IT Report)
Processing Credit Card Refunds via Telephone accurately and in a timely manner
Resolve queries on Sales Ledger
Ad hoc reports as requested by management
To process Allocations, Transfers and Discounts using the Service Desk
General Office Administration, answering telephone, photocopying, scanning
